Estimated Delivery Times
Approximate delivery time-frames are as follows:
- Victoria - 8 - 13 working days**
- NSW, SA, ACT - 10 - 15 working days**
- QLD, NT, WA, TAS - 12 - 19 working days**
Processing time is already factored into the approximate delivery time frame.
We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners are able to guarantee.
22/4/22 **UPDATE from Our Couriers**
Northern Rivers area is still experiencing delays in deliveries, as they recover from the flooding.
Qantas continue to be affected by COVID-19, resulting in limited ground staff causing delays across our airfreight network.
25% of Allied Express, including agent partners and line hauliers across Australia, are affected by COVID-19.
Shipping & Tracking
Dispatch typically takes 2-3 working days after your order is placed. When your order is ready for delivery you will receive an email from us with our delivery partners tracking details. You will also receive delivery updates from our partners throughout the delivery journey Please allow up to 2 working days from time of notification sent for the couriers online tracking information to be updated.
If your order contains multiple items, it may be sent from different locations in multiple parcels. If that happens, you'll receive an email for each parcel when its ready for delivery
We use a variety of courier partners to send packages throughout Australia. The courier company we use is dependent on the cost and time frame to get the order to our customers. Some of our courier partners cannot deliver to a PO Box, therefore where possible, especially for larger items please avoid entering a PO Box number as we may not be able to ship your order to a PO Box due to size & weight restrictions. In the above case, we may contact you requesting an alternate address and it is your responsibility to provide this.
Once the courier has your package, delivery times are out of our control. Due to Covid and staffing issues, some deliveries may take a little longer than usual.
Please monitor and check your tracking before contacting us. Courier websites generally post the reason your delivery is delayed. Courier delays are out of our control. If after checking the tracking please contact us via email at email@example.com The above delivery times are a guide only

We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on our list. If you have placed an order with us to one of the undeliverable postcodes, we will try our best to successfully arrange delivery to you. If we cannot organise a delivery to you, you may be offered an alternative delivery arrangement, If this cannot be provided your money will be refunded in full.
In some cases additional shipping charges may apply. If this is the case you will be contacted via email to be notified of any additional charges and if agreed to you will be invoiced accordingly.

You will incur a re-delivery fee if your item(s) delivery is unsuccessful for any of the following reasons:
- You entered an incorrect or Inaccurate address
- You failed to pick up your parcel within the acceptable time frame
- You or the Receiver rejected the package.
Most non-electronic items on this website are sold with a 12-month warranty.
Most electronic items on this website are sold with a 3 month warranty.
Please contact us before you place your order if you are unsure about the warranty status of your items.
Warranty does not apply to faults and damages caused by misuse or damages and faults caused during assembly or delivery.
To lodge a claim under these warranty conditions you must contact us within 10 working days from receipt of the item. We reserve the right to refuse any claims under this warranty after this period.
